Senior Sales Executive

What we are looking for

 

A champion to sell IFP Lebanon events by generating client interest, qualifying prospects, and closing deals in the Lebanese market. The role also includes selling our shows in IFP stations. You need a can-do attitude with a real hunger to make money and win clients.

 

Your main tasks will be

  • Develop strong knowledge of each show within assigned portfolio using all available marketing collateral
  • Identify and get new business via outbound calls or face to face meetings on a daily basis and maintain accurate sales data on the CRM
  • Sell exhibition space and value added products such as sponsorship or advertising opportunities to both previous and new exhibitors
  • Build and maintain a targeted marketing list using the CRM tool for each show
  • Coordinate with the database team where needed for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date client database
  • Coordinate with the Operations team for all show related floorplan updates and onsite to ensure the smooth running of the event
  • Provide input to the marketing team on all marketing activities and campaigns
  • Provide accurate weekly sales activity and pipeline report to the direct manager

 

Do you have what it takes? 
 

Education: BS/BA degree required

 

Experience: 5 to 6 years in face to face sales preferably in events field or B2B sales.

 

Language: High Proficiency in English and Arabic. French is a plus

HR Business Partner

What we are looking for

 

 

IFP Group is looking for an experienced HRBP to provide HR support and advice to its regional team of 100+ people who work closely together to develop specialized business platforms (conferences, exhibitions, matchmaking events) in the Middle East & Africa.

You will work closely with the COO to make IFP a great place to work for all staff and ensure the effective day-to-day management of HR systems and processes. You will lead and proactively deliver the full range of HR services to managers and employees based in IFP Group offices. The focus of activity involves partnering closely with the relevant senior and middle managers and their teams on HR, organization development, and administrative matters.

 

Your main tasks will be

 

 

HR Management

  • Recruit, manage, and coach the HR and admin teams
  • Develop and monitor the HR department and recruitment budgets across IFP stations
  • Ensure the delivery of effective HR services to IFP’s employees in all countries of operations
  • Contribute to and oversee the day to day operational HR activities (recruitment, onboarding, probation, attendance, performance, etc.)
  • Ensure fair and competitive positioning of salaries and conduct compensation reviews when needed
  • Advise managers and staff on specific performance, career development, attendance, or conduct issues and ensure that all disciplinary actions are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner

Administrative Management

  • Supervise the administrative & general services team
  • Monitor the quality of services rendered by suppliers and ensure compliance with service agreements
  • Coordinate on lease, license and insurance renewals for IFP Group offices with concerned internal stakeholders

HR Processes & Reporting

  • Define clear roles and responsibilities and develop streamlined internal HR processes with the HR team
  • Review and improve current processes to ensure efficiency and ensure a consistent employee experience throughout IFP offices
  • Provide timely productivity reports to the COO using available tools 

Legal & Compliance

  • Work with the HR team to develop, update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws
  • Ensure organizational compliance with national employment laws of IFP’s countries of operations and provide management with the relevant advice when needed
  • Inform and advise managers and staff about existing and new HR policies and procedures

 

Do you have what it takes? 
 
 

Education: BS/BA Business, Political Science, Public Administration, or similar - MBA or Masters in HR is a plus

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in all HR functions with 3 years in a supervisory position

Language: English & Arabic required, French is a plus

Junior Accountant

What we are looking for

 

We're looking for a champion to record and provide accurate financial information by consolidating and processing relevant financial data, maintaining and reconciling accounts, and preparing reports in line with IFP accounting procedures and local financial and legal requirements.

 

Your main tasks will be

  • Execute booking and data entry of all accounting transactions relevant to the assigned company(ies)
  • Update the treasury position and prepare the letters addressed to banks
  • Check online banking transactions and coordinate with the assigned show accountant in stations
  • Follow up with International clients participating in our shows and make sure that payments are made on time
  • Reconcile and prepare payments to suppliers by gathering and balancing information
  • Perform cash counts for the assigned company(ies) to reconcile the cash and checks on hand with IFP’s cashier
  • Maintain proper filing of every accounting document handled, as well as of the legal and bank documents
  • Reconcile bank and sister company accounts
  • Prepare and analyze various reports as requested by the direct supervisor
  • Update the budgetary control sheets of the events
  • Prepare the VAT, tax on salary and Social Security declarations
  • Prepare end of year confirmation of balance letters and dispatch them to relevant third parties
  • Follow-up with the NSSF Representative on the renewal of the Social Security quittances
  • Follow-up on the renewal subscription of the BVI companies
  • Prepare the sales commissions of the Agents, and sales team
  • Update the detailed report of group International sales
  • Preparing and maintain budgetary reports per event, that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
  • Keep a log of necessary information in the Department’s used software

What we are looking for
A pivotal role in the success of ACM’s conference portfolio, you will be calling existing or potential customers on a daily basis to achieve ACM’s sponsorship investment and revenue growth objectives for each conference. The role focuses on having a sound knowledge of established and newly launched ACM brands and events and using this knowledge to generate client interest, qualify prospects, and close deals. Your main tasks will be
